I feel like a mess.

I don't fit anywhere.

living life, or trying to

I have amazing kids.  I have an ok job.  I have given up on the idea of love or finding someone to  make me theirs.  Topher admitted to me that he did nothing while I worked all day.

I'm lost

I hate that they made me come home to him, this house, this mess.  It's a wreck.  I'm a wreck.  I just want to cry.  We've been fighting more.  I feel extra irritable.  I'm trying so hard to catch my breath and cope.  It just hurts.

Anyone else?

Occasionally when I buy clothes on clearance I buy something waay too large and never end up wearing it.  Today I modified a tank top that was on a medium sized hanger.  It's now a drawstring top.  Creativity is food for my soul :)

I wonder

Should I just settle? I mean, Topher and I don't get along anymore, but I am so afraid to be alone.  It's been so long since I've truly felt loved, appreciated, and wanted, that I crave that.  I have nowhere to go when we get divorced.  I'm giving up and just think I should settle and give up on a better life.  We've been married for eleven years, have three kids, and we are comfortable around each other.  Who needs the love and affection when you have that?  I just can't get heartbroken again.  I feel miserable and lonely, but at least I have someone at home to talk to that isn't one of my kids.

183.2

I started at 190!  I stopped all pop and most calorie filled beverages.  I stopped buying candy at work for snacks, instead I take fruits and veggies.  Last night I splurged and had a big fat filled dinner, and still dropped a pound!

Dieting with Pinterest

I had a genius idea!  I need to be held accountable for my dieting.  Well, not really dieting, but making better food choices.  Today I start detox water, fruit, and veggies.  I want to make healthy choices so I can wear a bikini by 2014.  Or at least feel comfortable in the shower!  My goal is 50lbs.  And go!

My next adventure

Should there be a next adventure, will be a fusion of sewing and crocheting that I will call "Sewcheting". Details and projects to follow in the future

Up cycled capris are now a skirt

Just thought I'd share :)

I really can be crafty sometimes

Dishwasher safe handmade mugs. Who knew? Just use oil based sharpies (available at some craft stores) let sit overnight, place in oven, heat oven to *350, bake for 30 minutes (after the oven reaches the *350 mark), let cool in oven (you may leave oven door open a bit to speed the process!) and there you have your own unique mugs!

Why I don't celebrate Valentine's Day

13 years ago I tried to die. My dad saved me by taking me to the ER. Today is a day of mixed emotions. I feel like a failure, I'm blessed to know my kids, and I'm healthy.
